Dr. Gourav Thakral is a Senior Consultant in Orthopaedics with over 15 years of experience, specialising in joint replacement, arthroscopy, and foot & ankle surgery. Trained in India and Dubai, he has performed more than 10,000 foot and ankle procedures and is a certified robotic joint-replacement surgeon.

His expertise spans sports injuries, tendon repairs, deformity correction and minimally invasive techniques, with a particular focus on diabetic foot correction — one of the most preventable causes of diabetes-related disability. At Diabetica, he brings surgical precision to the orthopaedic and foot-care needs of people living with diabetes.
